Mortons Neuroma
Morton's neuroma is a thickening of tissue around the nerve between the bases of toes, most commonly the third and fourth toes, causing pain and numbness.

Symptoms:
Feeling like you're standing on a pebble; Burning pain in the ball of your foot; Tingling or numbness in the affected toes; Pain that worsens with walking or wearing shoes; Pain relief when resting or massaging the foot
Causes:
Wearing high heels or tight shoes; Certain foot deformities (bunions, hammertoes); High-impact athletic activities; Abnormal foot mechanics
Treatments:
Switching to wider, lower-heeled shoes; Arch supports and foot pads; Corticosteroid injections; Custom orthotics; Activity modification; Alcohol sclerosing injections; Surgical removal of the neuroma
